Rochester Art Center Teens As Curators
Rochester Art Center continually strives to engage visitors of all ages in the creation, contemplation, and appreciation of the visual arts. RAC focuses it efforts on presenting temporary exhibitions throughout the year featuring established local, national, and international artists as well as emerging artists from diverse backgrounds that work in a variety of media.
Rochester Art Center is eager to launch our new Teens As Curators Series—an exhibition program that is dedicated to promising young curators and artists working and living in the state of Minnesota. Pamala Pater is our inaugural Teen Curator to kick off this exciting new program. Currently Pamala is a student at Triton High School in Dodge Center and is enrolled in PSEO (Post Secondary) program at RCTC. The Teens as Curators program offers a unique and educational experience for young curators and artists to exhibit their work in a world class art institution.
