Tom Graham | Director of Plant Operations/Safety/Security/Emergency Management at Olmsted Medical Center

Artist | Zoe Cinel

As an organizer, Tom Graham has proven adept at responding to the challenges that Covid-19 has imposed upon the community. Tom has been leading Olmsted Medical Center’s response to covid-19. He has worked closely with Mayo Clinic, and Olmsted County Public Health to set up Community collaborative testing center at Graham Park. Being on-call and working seven days a week to ensure that facilities are cleaned and well prepared for staff and patients requires a deal of determination that is balanced by Tom’s unfailing humor. His behind the scenes coordination has facilitated a well prepared work environment that is both responsive to the needs of the public and also those of the staff whose jobs are considerably easier because of the often forgotten but always crucial role of coordinators like Tom.
