The Names We Change is a solo exhibition by Katayoun Amjadi featuring installations and interactive artworks about naming, identity, otherness and community. Throughout the duration of the exhibition, artist Katayoun Amjadi invites the members of the public to share their name stories.

He(ART) and Soul: Art created in the pandemic

This solo exhibition explores a variety of individual and collective experiences and emotions within the context of a global pandemic through mixed-media sculptures and textile art. From the standpoint of a parent, the artist recalls conversations with their children about safety and change.

Parking

MAYO CIVIC CENTER RAMP
FREE after 3pm, FREE on weekends and FREE when parking for under an hour. The ramp entrance is located on 1st Avenue, west of Civic Center Drive, attached to the Rochester Public Library. Handicap parking is available in front of the Mayo Civic Center.

Metered parking is available on city streets near the Art Center. Meters are FREE after 5pm on weekdays, FREE all-day Saturdays and Sundays, and FREE on major Holidays unless otherwise listed.

Accessibility

We are fully wheelchair and stroller accessible. Handicapped parking is available in front of the Mayo Civic Center. Service animals are welcome.

Art Center staff will be happy to assist you upon arrival or make special arrangements. Please call us at 507-722-2552.
